Camera Movement

Pan
A pan is when the camera follows an object on a horizontal plane, either left or right, creating a panoramic effect.

Tilt
A tilt is the same as a pan, except it follows an object on a vertical plane, so the camera moves up and down rather than to the left or right.

Zoom
A zoom is when the camera simulates moving closer to the subject of the shot using a zoom lens.

Reverse Zoom
A reverse zoom is basically just the opposite of a regular zoom, it’s when the camera simulates moving further away from the subject of the shot using a zoom lens.
